We are a group of individuals, local groups, organisations and community members. We work together and in partnership, combining our knowledge, passion, resources and skills to improve the health and wellbeing of Portuguese speakers in Lambeth. Our partnership projects help people to live healthier lives and remove the barriers they face accessing health and wellbeing services.
